The hotel has a passenger lift servicing the first two floors, plus a chair lift servicing the upper floor bedrooms. We welcome enquiries from individual visitors, quality coach companies and organised group parties. We are able to provide “Driver” accommodation for such reservations. We offer double, twin and single bedrooms, each comprising T.V., tea and coffee making facilities. All en-suite bathrooms comprise toilet, hand-basin and shower. Along with the excellent coastal views, several rooms have access small private balconies with sea view and seating area. |

We have 5 Self Catering Holiday Apartments - some with excellent sea views. The modern apartment accommodation was added to the hotel in 2008 - enabling us to be the first Aparthotel in Skegness.
